General Aim:

Provide temporary (short and medium term) accommodation for healthcare professionals around the UK


With a highly migratory and mobile cohort, Hoster properties provides accommodation solutions working directly with hospitals, recruiters and medical agencies as well as the clients themselves and these include doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals both from the UK and abroad.

Aim for Q1 + Q2 2020:

rapidly expand portfolio of available properties to be held on a Rent-to-Rent (R2R) basis via Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) or Serviced Accommodation (SA). move the accommodation aspect in-house by actively leasing and then subletting the properties ourselves. Operating with business partners within London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex with a view to expand nationwide in 2021.

What is Rent-to-Rent (R2R) and/or corporate let for business as per Hoster properties?

Fully legal process R2R is when a property is rented out to a tenant (i.e. Hoster properties) on a single let basis. This tenant will not reside at the property and will be free to sub-let its rooms. This process would be transparent. Depending on the type of property and the agreements made, the arrangement may involve refurbishment work, conversion of oces, lounges, garages etc into extra bedrooms. The sub-letter (i.e. Hoster Properties) will then rent out the property to (usually 4+) separate tenants while paying the property’s single let rent and bills. Prot will be made from the dierence in rent.
